This beautifully presented luxury holiday lodge is situated on the very popular site of Grannie’s Heilan’ Hame in the village of Embo. The site is located a few miles from The Royal Burgh of Dornoch and the busy A9 for travelling North or South on the North Coast 500 scenic drive around the North Highlands. Embo is within commuting distance of the major employment centres of the area. The Highland Capital, Inverness, is approx. 45 miles to the south where all major transport links can be found.
Inverness airport has regular links to several British airports including Heathrow and Gatwick. The site offers all the usual facilities including shop, restaurant, bar, lounge, take away, entertainment complex, swimming pool, tennis courts and a playpark. You are a couple of minutes from a beautiful sandy beach.
The accommodation comprises of open plan living/dining/kitchen, hall, shower room, three very spacious bedrooms one with en-suite. The lodge benefits from gas central heating and is fully double glazed with patio doors from the living room. Decking was fitted by the owners. There is a patio area and parking.
Site fees are included to the end of 2021 and a 40 year license to occupy the site was signed during 2017 season. All furniture inside and out is offered as part of the sale.
