Description
Alter & Cope is pleased to introduce this spacious, one bedroom, second floor apartment which is being sold with no onward chain. The property comprises building entrance with secure fob entry, stairs to second floor, front door leading to hallway with ample storage, a bright dual aspect reception room with semi-open plan kitchen, a good size double bedroom and main family bathroom.
Stainsby Road is ideally located for the transport links in and out of the City and Canary Wharf with Langdon Park DLR and Westferry DLR being walking distance. The location also boasts a variety of amenities and Bartlett Park is moments away.
Vendors comments:
The flat was purchased for its proximity to working in Canary Wharf, which is within easy walking distance. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, next to Bartlett Park and canal, the Limehouse Cut. Along the canal, there are very pleasant walks to the Olympic Park and Victoria Park (locally known as Vicky Park), St Katherine's Dock and the Tower of London, along the Thames. For the more adventurous, you can stroll or cycle to Regent's Park and if you don't stop you can get to Birmingham via the canal system! As well as the bars and restaurants of Canary Wharf, 'locals' can take advantage of some very good pubs and eateries closer by, such as The Grapes, made famous by Charles Dickens and more recently Gandolf in Lord of the Rings. We shall be sorry to leave but now retired we no longer have need for the flat.
